About Our Legal Clinic

• The Legal Clinic of Kapuskasing provides free legal advice for the areas of law we practice in to low income people who live in our catchment area (Cochrane to Hornepayne).
• We are a non-profit community legal clinic corporation funded by Legal Aid Ontario.
• We are not Legal Aid Ontario, we are a separate organization.
• The clinic is governed by a volunteer board of directors from surrounding communities.
• We also give legal information sessions for members of the public and other community agencies.
